We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Marketplace Growth (Upwork)

Netpace Inc is looking for a marketplace growth leader to own and scale our Upwork and digital marketplace business.

What you’ll own:
Marketplace revenue, pipeline & growth strategy
Upwork agency positioning, proposals & conversion
International software/IT consulting client acquisition
Deal discovery, negotiation & closure

Leadership of BDEs, Bidders & marketplace sales team
Expansion into higher-value services including AI, Software Development, Cloud, Data, UI/UX & Staff Augmentation
Performance tracking, forecasting & revenue growthe

What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years of Upwork/digital marketplace BD experience
* Proven experience managing an Upwork agency profile
* Track record of generating international IT/software business
* Experience leading Bidders, BDEs, SDRs or Account Managers
* Strong client-facing, negotiation and closing skills
* Experience with $10K–$100K+ projects is a strong plus
