We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer specializing in Employee Relations to join our team in Qatar.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience in Qatar
Strong background in Employee Relations
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Solid knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
Ability to handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations
Strong communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills
