Position: Senior HR Officer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / HR Management

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (Healthcare sector preferred)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities, training sessions, and employee development initiatives

  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports related to employee metrics, payroll, training, and benefits

  • Manage employee relations and address staff grievances professionally

  • Handle employee contributions to EOBI, ensuring timely deposits, compliance, and reporting to relevant authorities

  • Coordinate health insurance enrollment, claims processing, and renewals to ensure staff receive timely medical benefits

  • Assist in conducting annual employee performance appraisals


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Effective problem-solving abilities

  • Sound knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
