Position: Senior HR Officer
Qualification:
-
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Business Administration / HR Management
Experience:
-
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience (Healthcare sector preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Assist in organizing staff engagement activities, training sessions, and employee development initiatives
-
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic reports related to employee metrics, payroll, training, and benefits
-
Manage employee relations and address staff grievances professionally
-
Handle employee contributions to EOBI, ensuring timely deposits, compliance, and reporting to relevant authorities
-
Coordinate health insurance enrollment, claims processing, and renewals to ensure staff receive timely medical benefits
-
Assist in conducting annual employee performance appraisals
Skills & Competencies:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Effective problem-solving abilities

Sound knowledge of HR policies, practices, and labor laws

Strong verbal and written communication skills
