𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior GCP Data & AI Engineer / Architect to build conversational AI and agentic capabilities using Google Gemini Enterprise. You will connect client data across multiple sources, develop AI agents and conversational analytics, and enable users to interact with their data through natural language.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Google Cloud, data architecture, and Generative AI, along with the ability to lead technical delivery and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Connect, integrate, and model client data across multiple clouds and data sources using BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
2. Design scalable data models, schemas, and role-based access control (RBAC) for secure data access.
3. Build Gemini Enterprise capabilities, including conversational analytics, grounded search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
4. Integrate the monday.com Gemini Enterprise agent and enable data connectivity across multiple sources.
5. Develop AI-powered self-service analytics solutions for non-technical users using agent creation and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
6. Build and maintain governed, reliable analytics solutions using Looker and LookML.
7. Establish standardized, observable, and multi-tenant architectures suitable for managed services.
8. Lead technical implementation, review solutions, guide team members, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical leaders to understand requirements and establish strong working relationships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong senior-level or lead experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, and AI solutions.
Commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery and Google Cloud Storage (GCS).
Strong understanding of data modelling, schema design, data warehousing/lakehousing, and RBAC.
Relevant GCP certification(s).
Hands-on commercial experience with Gemini Enterprise and Generative AI, including AI agents, conversational analytics, RAG, and grounding.
Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent-based integrations.
Experience with Looker, dashboards, semantic modelling, and LookML.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
