📌 Position: Senior Executive HR

📍 Location: G-10/4, Islamabad
🕒 Experience Required: 4–5 Years

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters

• Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll coordination

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 4–5 years of proven HR experience (preferably in Technical/IT industry)

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
