We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with 1–2 years of professional experience in Java development and an interest in AI automation. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable backend services, developing microservices, and integrating AI-powered solutions into our products and workflows.
🔹 What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
Develop and integrate AI-powered automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance system capabilities.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data management.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Identify and resolve performance issues and technical challenges.
Collaborate with product owners, frontend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🔹 Requirements
1–2 years of professional experience in backend development, preferably with Java and Spring Boot.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
Experience developing REST APIs and working with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with SQL databases and backend application development.
Interest in AI automation, LLM integrations, and AI-powered applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to evolving technical requirements.
🔹 Nice to Have
Exposure to Python, LLMs, AI APIs, or AI agent frameworks.
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
Understanding of clean code principles and agile development practices.
