🚀 Hiring: Sales Specialist (1 Position Male only)

LancMall are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist with a strong background in Meta platforms, e-commerce, and online business operations.

📍 Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

🔹 Requirements:
✅ Proven sales and closing experience
✅ Hands-on experience with Meta-related business platforms and workflows
✅ Experience in e-commerce, import procurement, or internet-related industries
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Existing client network is a plus

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Generate and convert leads into customers
• Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve customer issues
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Salary & Benefits

* Base Salary:PKR 80,000 + Commission
* KPI-based performance bonuses
* 1–3 months probation period (20% salary adjustment during probation)
