Kestrel Education is looking for a confident, target-driven Sales & Marketing Manager with strong expertise in career counseling and student visa processing.
You’ll play a key role in driving student admissions, managing visa workflows, and executing impactful marketing strategies.

📊 Sales, Admissions & Counseling
- Handle student inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
- Provide professional career counseling
- Ensure accurate documentation & visa compliance
- Coordinate with universities & embassies
📢 Marketing & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies
- Participate in events and promotional campaigns
- Build partnerships with institutions
- Maintain CRM records (leads, conversions, performance)
✅ Requirements
- Experience in sales or educational consultancy
- Strong knowledge of student visa processes (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe)
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
