- 4–6 years of experience in freight forwarding or shipping sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and lead high-performance sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
