🎓 Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or BS in Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a fast-paced B2B sales support role

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and set up new clients in the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Assist in preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by compiling data, lane histories, and required documentation
• Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment execution
• Provide day-to-day customer support by resolving loading and offloading issues
• Coordinate freight confirmations and invoicing with customers
