At GleeGather Pvt Ltd, we are shaping the future of education by integrating Robotics, AI and STEM into schools across Pakistan. we are now looking for passionate individuals to join us as Robotics Trainer.

Role Description
As a Robotics Trainer at GleeGather (Pvt) Ltd, you will deliver hands-on robotics sessions to students, guiding them through building, programming, and testing robotic systems in an on-site setting in the Karachi Division. You will prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and demonstration projects that align with GleeGather’s activity-based STEM curriculum and educational philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up and maintaining robotics equipment, supervising student projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring safe and effective use of tools and systems. You will collaborate with academic coordinators and school staff to track student progress, provide feedback, and continuously improve program delivery. This is an internship role, and the position requires consistent on-campus presence and active engagement with learners in classroom and lab environments.

Qualifications
Fresh and Final year students (Electrical Engineers, Computer Engineers, BSCS)
Candidates should possess skills in Robotics and working with Robot systems, including basic programming, configuration, and classroom demonstration.
Candidates should possess skills in Robotic Welding and related application of robots in manufacturing or technical projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance for robotics equipment and related classroom hardware.
Strong interest in STEM education and the ability to explain technical concepts to school-age learners in a clear, engaging manner.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with educators and students.
Ability to work on-site in the Karachi Division, manage multiple student groups, and maintain a safe learning environment.
Preferred: Coursework or practical experience in robotics, mechatronics, engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred: Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops, especially in STEM or robotics.
