🚨 HIRING – REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (RSM)

SAIGE EV Bikes is expanding its sales network and looking for experienced Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to manage and develop our regional dealer network.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
* Relevant experience in the EV / Electric Bike / Motorcycle / Automotive industry is mandatory.
* Strong experience in dealer network development and sales management.
* Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage regional sales teams.
* Strong market knowledge and dealer relationships.
* Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
🔹 Training & Evaluation
Selected candidates will initially be trained in Lahore.
Training & initial working period: 2 months in Lahore
Performance, market knowledge, sales skills, and management capabilities will be evaluated during this period.
After successful completion of the 2-month period, the candidate will be assigned their concerned / designated region.
🔹 Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary Package: PKR 80,000 – 150,000 per month
The final salary will be decided according to the candidate’s experience, skills, and market background.
🏠 Accommodation: Accommodation expenses will be adjusted within the salary package.
📍 Initial Location
Lahore
🌍 Regional Placement
Successful candidates will be assigned to their designated SAIGE EV Bikes region after completion of the Lahore training and evaluation period.
