Position: Regional Manager Service โ€“ South

Qualification:
Bachelorโ€™s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
3โ€“5 years of relevant experience in the automotive or related industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement after-sales strategies to enhance customer retention, service profitability, and workshop efficiency.

  • Manage Field Operations, Technical Support, and Warranty functions for all dealerships in the assigned region.

  • Achieve after-sales targets, including Spare Parts & Service, for the assigned region.

  • Conduct training sessions for after-sales teams on REVOOโ€™s Parts & Service policies.

  • Deliver soft skills training for dealership frontline and back-office staff.

  • Evaluate, streamline, and improve warranty claim processes.

  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer and company warranty standards.

  • Support service teams in troubleshooting warranty-related and technical issues.

  • Implement dealer after-sales compliance programs to enhance operational efficiency and dealer motivation.

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the Head Office after-sales team.
