Gas & Oil Pakistan Ltd. are Hiring Regional Manager- Sales & Marketing (Peshawar)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily regional operations, including fuel storage, distribution, inventory management, and overall site performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, fuel quality, and company operational standards through regular audits and inspections.
Drive regional sales and profitability by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, analyzing market trends.
Manage regional budgets, operational costs, customer service standards, and stakeholder relationships to achieve financial and operational targets.
Lead, mentor, and develop Zone Managers, Back Office, and COCO site teams by setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and fostering accountability and collaboration.
QUALIFICATION:
MBA (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)..
8-12 years of relevant experience in sales, operations, or retail network management, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
