Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers across multiple business divisions
• Work effectively within a matrix organizational structure
• Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
• Provide insights to enhance talent acquisition strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (Manufacturing/Engineering experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools
