Recruitment Specialist at Info Tech Group

InfoTech Group is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (onboarding to offboarding). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience.

Requirements:
🔹 2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
🔹 Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment (onboarding to offboarding)
🔹 Ability to hire for technical and non-technical roles
🔹 Experience with ATS/HRMS and MS Excel
🔹 Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines
