Quantity Surveyor at Naya Nazimabad

We are hiring for the position of Quantity Surveyor

Location: Karachi
-Qualification: DAE (Civil) or Bachelor’s Degree
-Experience: Minimum 15 years in estimation, BOQs, billing, and finishing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare cost estimates and BOQs.
-Manage contractor/subcontractor billing and verify measurements.
-Monitor project costs, budgets, and variation orders.
-Coordinate with site and accounts teams.
-Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.

Required Skills:
-Strong numerical and analytical skills, expertise in estimation and measurement, and knowledge of finishing works and market rates.
