Tabish Corporation is seeking a technically skilled, experienced *Production Supervisor* with a strong understanding of chemical handling, production processes, and laboratory operations.
Key Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, MLT, or a relevant technical field.
– Experience in chemical production, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
– Knowledge of chemical formulations, handling, testing, and quality standards.
– Laboratory experience, particularly in chemical testing and analysis.
– Familiarity with MLT (Medical Laboratory Technology) or chemical laboratory procedures will be an added advantage.
– Ability to supervise production activities, manage manpower, and ensure production targets.
– Knowledge of workplace safety, chemical storage, and handling protocols.
– Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
– Monitor chemical mixing, formulation, processing, and batch preparation.
– Conduct or coordinate laboratory testing and quality checks.
– Ensure adherence to production standards, safety protocols, and SOPs.
– Maintain production records, material consumption, and batch documentation.
– Coordinate with Quality Control and other relevant departments.
