Key Responsibilities
- Assist in starting and managing daily production activities according to the production plan.
- Monitor flour water absorption and batch temperature to ensure they remain within the required range.
- Maintain cleanliness of the mixing area, machines, pans, trolleys, and the entire production section.
- Ensure dough weight meets standard specifications.
- Load dough into the correct shape and panning system accurately.
- Minimize dough wastage during production.
- Ensure products meet quality standards for color, shape, and volume.
- Maintain food safety and product quality standards.
- Implement and follow 6S workplace practices.
- Ensure compliance with per-batch yield targets.
Requirements
Education: FA / DAE in Food
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in the Bread or FMCG industry.
