SJS International is looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, communications, and executive tasks.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain organized filing systems and business records.
• Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and communications.
• Assist in planning meetings, conferences, and official events.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO.
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Presentable personality with a proactive attitude.
