✔️ Success Factors:

– Drive Perfect Store program execution by onboarding and managing high-potential outlets

– Set targets and monitor performance across outlet segments and regions

– Develop dashboards and insights to track KPIs and execution health

– Identify gaps in market execution and implement data-driven action plans

– Ensure compliance with MSL, planograms, and execution standards

– Partner with sales teams through regular market visits and on-ground coaching

– Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost sales performance

✔️ Who we’re looking for:

– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

– 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, FMCG, or commercial excellence

– Strong analytical and data visualization skills

– Hands-on experience with dashboards and KPI tracking tools
