𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Provide customer service and handle logistics operations for USA-based clients.
Track and trace shipments, manage inventory, and plan vehicle routes.
Communicate with drivers, ports, and other network partners.
Handle dispatch operations.
Prepare customer reports using Excel and BI tools.
Prepare and submit billing.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
Fresh graduates and final-year or current undergraduates.
Good written and spoken English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Eager to learn, communicate well, and work in a fast-paced setting.
