Spearlogics is looking for motivated and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Operations Department as an *Operations Intern.*
📍 Location: Garden twon, Lahore
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time Internship (Leading to Permanent Role)
💰 Stipend: PKR 40,000 – 50,000
🎓 Qualification: Fresh Graduates in BBA, MBA, Supply Chain, Finance, or related Business fields
🧑💻 Experience: No Experience Required
⏰ Shift Timings: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day operations and backend sales processes
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation
• Support order processing and workflow management
• Conduct market and product research when required
• Ensure accuracy in data handling and reporting
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders in English
🔹 Requirements:
• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets
• Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
