Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale businesses, preferably in mobile phones, electronics, or FMCG sectors
- Successfully planned and implemented various sales and business development strategies
- Strong expertise in sales forecasting and inventory management
- Hands-on experience in channel development and territory coverage planning
- Skilled in analyzing sales and execution reports to drive informed, timely decisions
- Led and managed large teams across multiple regions and territories
- Practical experience in managing credit business, including receivables and recovery processes
- Effective in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., principals, dealers)
- Education: Graduate, MBA Preferred.
- Skills: Leadership, Strategic Thinking, Risk Management, Decision Making, Analytical, & Problem Solving.
- Experience: 08 to 10 years, 04-05 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge: Distribution Channel Management, Market Intelligence, Products, Mobile & Phone Industry, Regional Geography, & Credit Management.
