JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform the analysis of raw materials, actives, additives, packaging materials. bulk, and finished products.
Record results in analytical logbooks and issue release or rejection status slips.
Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions and maintain proper records.
Draft and revise SOPs and analytical procedures as per the applicable methods.
Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of laboratory equipment.
Conduct in-house verification of pH meters, conductivity meters, and analytical balances.
Manage retention sample records and ensure proper sample disposal.
Participate in ISO 17025:2017, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and GMP training sessions.
Report equipment issues and chemical needs to the Laboratory Manager. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Senior Leadership.

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

Educational Profile: M.Sc./B.S. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry. Food Science, or equivalent (preferably Chemistry major).
Work Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant lab experience.
Geographical Placement: Innovita Labs (Port Qasim), Karachi .
