Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). A Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
• License: Valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
• Experience:
  • 10–15 years of nursing experience.
  • At least 8 years in a managerial role (Training & Development) in a reputable tertiary care hospital.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead nursing staff.
• Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
