Main Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and upgrade networks
• Install and integrate servers, hardware, and applications
• Manage email, internet, and wireless connectivity
• Support third-party applications
• Manage CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs
• Provide LAN/WAN support
• Monitor network performance and security
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain IT hardware inventory
