Qualification: MBA in Marketing or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market share.

Lead, train, and supervise the national sales team.

Collaborate with marketing on brand activations and promotions.

Achieve sales targets through leadership and effective field visits.

Requirements:

Strong leadership, strategic, and management skills.

Proven success in scaling brands nationwide.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

2. Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Location: Multiple Regions
Experience: 4โ€“5 Years in FMCG, Personal Care, or Skin Care
Qualification: Bachelorโ€™s/Masterโ€™s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual skincare sales targets.

Build strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.

Ensure effective market coverage and product visibility.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities through regular visits.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Deep understanding of consumer sales dynamics and retail operations.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

3. Sales Executive

Location: Multiple Cities
Experience: 1โ€“2 Years in FMCG, Personal Care, or Skin Care
Qualification: Bachelorโ€™s/Masterโ€™s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach new business opportunities within the consumer market.

Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and timely order collection.

Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of consumer and retail sales dynamics.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
