We are looking for passionate and dedicated educators to join our team.

1. HOMEROOM TEACHER (FEMALE) — STEP 1–2

Position: Homeroom Teacher (Female)
Education: Master’s degree from any HEC-recognized institute in the relevant discipline. Preference will be given to B.Ed. Bachelor’s (4-year degree) holders, although others may also apply.
Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position at a reputed academic institute.
• Ability to observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, and social development.
• Ability to create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment for children to learn and play.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and administrators in the development and evaluation of STEP School programs.
• Experience in overseeing and managing budgets and resources.

2. EARLY YEARS TEACHER — MONTESSORI CERTIFIED

Position: Teacher
Education: Master’s degree from any HEC-recognized institute in the relevant discipline. Preference will be given to B.Ed. Bachelor’s (4-year degree) holders.
Certification: Montessori Certification required.
Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position at a reputed academic institute.
• Ability to observe and evaluate students’ performance, behavior, and social development.
• Ability to create a welcoming and engaging classroom environment for children.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and administrators in the development and evaluation of STEP School programs.
• Experience in overseeing and managing budgets and resources.
