Qualification: MBBS / MCPS (Anesthesia preferred)
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ICU operations and staff management.
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control.
- Coordinate with consultants and departments for patient care.
- Maintain records, reports, and quality improvement initiatives.
2. Head Nurse (Peads)
Qualification: BSN / Post RN BSN / Specialization in Peads
Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide nursing staff in the pediatric unit.
- Ensure quality, safety, and infection-control practices.
- Coordinate with doctors and allied health teams for patient care.
- Maintain patient records and support staff training and development.
3. Operation Theater (O.T.) Technician
Areas: Anesthesia / Laparoscopy / Urology / Orthopedic
Qualification: Relevant Diploma from SMF
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain OT instruments and equipment.
- Ensure sterility and infection-control protocols.
- Assist during anesthesia, laparoscopy, urology, and orthopedic procedures.
- Maintain records and ensure equipment functionality.
