Lead organizational development initiatives, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and culture-building programs.
2. Manager – People & Culture
Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, employee experience, HR policies, and people-focused initiatives.
3. Manager – Talent Acquisition (TA)
Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent sourcing, employer branding, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
4. Manager – HR Digitization
Lead HR digital transformation, HRIS implementation, process automation, HR analytics, and technology-driven HR improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Preferably up to 35 years of age
- 8–10 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong expertise in the respective functional area
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work in a factory-based environment
- Candidates willing to be based in Mardan will be preferred
