1. Manager – Fabric Inspection Department (FID)
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel/Fashion Technology, or equivalent.
Experience:
- 8–12 years
- 3–5 years in a managerial role preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead incoming fabric inspection operations
- Implement the 4-Point Fabric Inspection System
- Manage shade banding and fabric relaxation
- Ensure GSM, width, and quality compliance
- Lead inspection teams and continuous improvement
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of denim fabric inspection
- Expertise in AQL & 4-Point System
- Leadership and team management
- Analytical reporting
- ERP/QMS knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
2. Quality Auditor – Independent Inspection & Audit
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management, or equivalent.
Experience:
- 5–10 years
- Third-party auditing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inline, end-line, and final inspections
- Perform independent factory quality audits
- Verify customer specifications and compliance
- Identify quality risks before shipment
- Prepare audit reports and follow up on CAPA
- Support continuous quality improvement
Skills:
- Strong understanding of AQL and quality systems
- Denim/woven garment inspection experience
- Independent decision-making ability
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication
