Requirements
-
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or equivalent
-
2–4 years of relevant experience (crew management / operations / scheduling)
-
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
📞 Manager – Contact Center
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage Call Center, Complaint Cell & QA teams
-
Oversee daily contact center operations and escalations
-
Workforce scheduling and staffing management
-
Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvements
-
Conduct audits, analyze feedback, and enhance service efficiency
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s in Business Communications or related field
-
5–7 years of experience (2–3 years in a managerial role)

CCCM certification preferred

Six Sigma / Lean Management is a plus

Strong leadership and operational skills

Key Responsibilities

Assist in design, analysis, and maintenance of vehicle systems

Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support maintenance teams

Requirements

Troubleshoot motors, controllers, sensors, and wiring

Requirements
