🔹 Role Overview: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives across business functions.
2️⃣ Jr. HR Business Partner – Retail
🔹 Experience: 5–7 years
🔹 Industry Preference: Retail
🔹 Role Overview: Serve as a strategic HR partner to retail business units, managing employee relations, retail stores and corporate hiring, and workforce planning.
3️⃣ HR Executive
🔹 Experience: 3–4 years
🔹 Role Overview: Support core HR operations including recruitment coordination, employee records management, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
