Key Responsibilities

Review monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly management reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise junior staff
-
Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
-
Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts
Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
-
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP preferred)
-
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
-
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
-
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
-
CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance or equivalent
-
4โ6 years of relevant experience (education or service sector preferred)

Key Responsibilities
Daily & Monthly Accounting Operations

Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system

Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation

Assist with bank and vendor reconciliations
Period-End Closing
-
Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments
-
Assist in adjustment and settlement of advances
-
Support preparation of trial balances and financial schedules
Financial Reporting
-
Prepare internal financial reports, summaries, and analysis
-
Assist in variance analysis and financial review meetings
Documentation & Compliance
-
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
-
Support internal and external audits
Excel & Data Management
-
Prepare financial spreadsheets for analysis and reporting
-
Use formulas, pivot tables, and formatting tools
-
Assist in automation and improvement of reporting templates
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
-
0โ2 years of relevant experience

Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, and advances

Strong Excel skills
-
Knowledge of financial reporting principles

High attention to detail with strong analytical skills

Good communication and documentation skills
