๐Ÿ“Œ Position: Assistant Manager Finance

๐Ÿ“ Location: Head Office, Lahore

Key Responsibilities

  • Review monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis

  • Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly management reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise junior staff

  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements

  • Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation

  • Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP preferred)

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance or equivalent

  • 4โ€“6 years of relevant experience (education or service sector preferred)

๐Ÿ“ Location: Lahore (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

Daily & Monthly Accounting Operations

  • Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system

  • Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation

  • Assist with bank and vendor reconciliations

Period-End Closing

  • Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments

  • Assist in adjustment and settlement of advances

  • Support preparation of trial balances and financial schedules

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare internal financial reports, summaries, and analysis

  • Assist in variance analysis and financial review meetings

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records

  • Support internal and external audits

Excel & Data Management

  • Prepare financial spreadsheets for analysis and reporting

  • Use formulas, pivot tables, and formatting tools

  • Assist in automation and improvement of reporting templates

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

  • 0โ€“2 years of relevant experience

  • Strong understanding of accruals, prepayments, and advances

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Knowledge of financial reporting principles

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical skills

  • Good communication and documentation skills
