Noor Brands is looking for a Merchandiser to execute merchandising activities across International Modern Trade (IMT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) outlets, ensuring strong product visibility, stock availability, and effective in-store execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute merchandising activities across assigned IMT and LMT outlets according to company standards
Ensure optimal product placement, shelf share, planogram compliance, and attractive displays
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stock shortages
Build strong professional relationships with store managers, supervisors, and retail staff
Monitor competitor products, pricing, shelf positioning, promotions, and market trends
Provide regular market feedback to management
Submit accurate daily visit reports, execution updates, product photographs, and merchandising observations
Requirements:
Matric, F.A., or higher
Diploma/certification in Sales, Marketing, or Retail Management will be an advantage
Demonstrated experience in IMT and LMT merchandising
Strong practical knowledge of modern trade merchandising and in-store execution
Good communication and reporting skills
