Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Quality Assurance

📍 Locations: Islamabad | Lahore | Karachi
💼 Experience: 8–10 Years of Relevant Experience
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Quality Management, Food Sciences, Food Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a relevant field.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure process compliance, food safety, service quality, and SOP governance.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, policies, procedures, and quality records.
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Identify non-conformities and implement CAPA with root-cause analysis.
- Monitor hygiene, HACCP, service standards, and operational controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency.
- Prepare quality reports, KPIs, audit findings, and management reviews.
