Wilsons Pharma GroupΒ  is hiring a Manager Performance Management inΒ  Islamabad . HR Grad with 8 years of experience, preferably in Pharma /FMCG.

Budget is around 300K-350K.

Manager Performance will primarily bridge the link b/w company strategy and individual KPIs by following MBO (SMART) approach, cascading Organizational Objectives to departments, sections, teams and individuals, ensuring transparency in assessments and hence, helping in developing people’s trust in how they are being evaluated.
