Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR Operations team.
• Oversee the complete HR operations lifecycle.
• Handle attendance, leave, overtime, payroll, final settlements, benefits administration, employee relations, and record keeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies and systems.
• Identify process improvements and enhance HR service delivery.

Requirements

• MBA in HR from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably in the apparel sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and Flow HCM.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
