Manager / Assistant Manager – Operations
Join our team and play a key role in managing operational excellence in waste management services across Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee waste collection, transportation, and disposal operations at the tehsil level.
- Act as the primary liaison between regional and tehsil teams.
- Coordinate the allocation of staff, vehicles, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Resolve operational challenges through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Optimize waste collection schedules and route planning.
- Ensure the implementation of best cleanliness and waste management practices.
- Lead staff training, performance improvement, and team development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in waste management or operations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Selected candidates may be transferred anywhere within Punjab based on operational requirements.
