MAINTENANCE MANAGER (Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical)

Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage maintenance activities at our Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Facility located at Port Qasim, Karachi.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRE8-
Candidates with strong experience in Flexible Packaging
Industries will be preferred.
Must have practical experience in maintenance of production machinery and plant utilities.
RELEVANT MACHINERY EXPERIENCE
Experience with maintenance of:
Rotogravure Printing Machines
Flexographic Printing Machines
Extrusion Lines
Lamination Machines
Slitting Machines
Bag Making Machines
NGR/Recycling Machines
Electrical & Instrumentation systems
Mechanical equipment and plant utilities
Other machinery related to Flexible Packaging Industries
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical Maintenance teams.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum downtime.
Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and instrumentation faults.
Manage spare parts, maintenance schedules and maintenance records, Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
Improve machine reliability, efficiency and maintenance systems.
