ABS Wellness Club is a reputed fitness and wellness club committed to providing a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our members. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Contractor to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day maintenance work.
- Maintain strong working relationships with electricians, AC technicians, carpenters, plumbers, and painters.
- Respond quickly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
- Diagnose problems and arrange timely repairs.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Monitor contractors and ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain a safe and functional facility at all times.
Requirements
- Strong network of electricians, AC technicians, carpenters, plumbers, and painters.
- Excellent knowledge of the local maintenance market.
- Quick responder with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
Job Details
- Position: Maintenance Contractor
- Office Timings: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Salary: PKR 40,000 per month
- Location: ABS Wellness Club – Garden Town Branch, Lahore
