Photon Minds is hiring for a Lead Blockchain and Full-Stack Engineer on a remote basis .

๐Ÿ“ Location: Remote
๐Ÿ’ผ Employment Type: Full Time / Project Based
๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Experience: 3+ years full-stack + 2+ years Solidity/EVM

Key Responsibilities:
โ–ช๏ธ Develop and deploy smart contracts on Hedera or Polygon
โ–ช๏ธ Build tokenization modules with KYC/admin controls
โ–ช๏ธ Create investor portals and admin dashboards
โ–ช๏ธ Develop backend services (Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis/Kafka)
โ–ช๏ธ Integrate KYC/AML, SSO, bank escrow, and e-sign tools
โ–ช๏ธ Handle CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and security operations

Required Skills:
โ–ช๏ธ Strong experience in TypeScript, React, Node.js
โ–ช๏ธ Hands-on Solidity/EVM development with live deployments
โ–ช๏ธ Experience with Hedera or ability to transition quickly
โ–ช๏ธ Strong understanding of APIs, queues, and integrations
โ–ช๏ธ Security-focused mindset and familiarity with OWASP
