Photon Minds is hiring for a Lead Blockchain and Full-Stack Engineer on a remote basis .

🗓️ Experience: 3+ years full-stack + 2+ years Solidity/EVM

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Develop and deploy smart contracts on Hedera or Polygon
▪️ Build tokenization modules with KYC/admin controls
▪️ Create investor portals and admin dashboards
▪️ Develop backend services (Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis/Kafka)
▪️ Integrate KYC/AML, SSO, bank escrow, and e-sign tools
▪️ Handle CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and security operations

Required Skills:
▪️ Strong experience in TypeScript, React, Node.js
▪️ Hands-on Solidity/EVM development with live deployments
▪️ Experience with Hedera or ability to transition quickly
▪️ Strong understanding of APIs, queues, and integrations
▪️ Security-focused mindset and familiarity with OWASP
