We are hiring a Junior Accountant who can take ownership of daily accounting operations and work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing books, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
โก๏ธ Key Responsibilities:
โข Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.
โข Handle accounts payable and receivable independently.
โข Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reports.
โข Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
โข Assist in payroll processing and tax-related tasks.
โข Support in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements.
โข Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
โข Report directly to management with financial insights.
โก๏ธ Qualifications & Skills:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
โข 1โ3 years of accounting experience
โข Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
โข Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
โข Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
โข Good communication skills.
