Hiring: IT Officer

Kitchen Cuisine Flight Catering is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join our team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
• Handle wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
• Maintain LAN cabling, wireless access points, routers, and 3G/4G routers.
• Manage internet load balancing and link aggregation to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain POS systems.
• Manage touch display systems used for decorated cakes and order displays.
• Configure user access restrictions and manage user permissions.
• Install and configure required software applications.
• Deploy and maintain antivirus solutions and firewall security systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, DVRs, cameras, and structured CCTV cabling.
• Ensure smooth operation of surveillance and security monitoring systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT support, networking, and system administration.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, wireless systems, and internet troubleshooting.
• Experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Familiarity with POS systems and user access management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
