At BankIslami, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and Shariah-compliant banking. We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to join our Internal Audit team and help strengthen our technology governance, cybersecurity, and risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT audit engagements from planning through reporting.
- Develop and maintain the annual IT audit plan based on risk assessments.
- Evaluate IT governance, cybersecurity controls, ERP systems, IT infrastructure, and data protection measures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide IT Audit Officers and other team members.
- Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to facilitate audit activities and resolve audit findings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, cloud security, ERP systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISP, or CISM will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in team management and project execution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
