Role & Responsibilities

Conduct In-Process Control (IPC) sampling and in-process testing during production.

Ensure finished and in-process products meet quality standards and specifications.

Maintain accurate laboratory records and quality documentation.
-
Coordinate with Production and QC teams for timely reporting and corrective actions.
-
Follow and interpret SOPs, test methods, and specifications.
Skills & Knowledge
-
Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes and quality standards.
-
Proficient in laboratory testing and analytical techniques.
-
Sound knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance.
Requirements
Qualification:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or a related science field.
Experience:
-
3–4 years of relevant experience in IPC / Quality Control / Production Lab
-
Hands-on experience in sampling, testing, and monitoring production processes
-
Experience in the cosmetic or personal care industry is mandatory.
